Features:

Ordinary glue binding machines use liquid glue as the adhesive.
Run process
Bundle the semi-finished book stickers, put a certain number of book stickers on the binding machine, use fast boards to block both ends, start the binding machine, compact the loose book stickers and then tie them with ropes. In order to make the compacted back stiff and solid, apply polyethylene glue on the back of the bundled books after compaction and bundling. After the polyvinyl alcohol glue is dry, loosen the tie rope and then tie it. Each book is sorted separately and transferred to a plastic bag.
Precautions
In wireless perfect binding, back milling and roughening are key processes. The back milling depends on the thickness of the paper and the number of folded layers. Generally, 1.4mm~3mm needs to be milled away, and the roughening depth is required to be 0.8mm~1.5mm. If the depth of back milling and roughening is not enough, it will inevitably affect the penetration of glue, resulting in quality defects such as loose pages and loose pages. If in the finishing process before plastic wrapping, the book stickers are not neatly arranged, bundled unevenly, and not compacted, then the semi-finished products with quality defects will inevitably have uneven book backs after being clamped by book clips in the plastic wrapping machine. The knife cannot be milled, and the roughening depth of the back of the book is not enough. The above-mentioned quality defects of glue not penetrating, pages falling off, and loose pages are bound to exist. Therefore, if detached and loose pages are found during the quality inspection after the plastic package, while checking whether the depth of back milling and roughening is appropriate, it is also necessary to check the semi-finished product processing of the pages, bundling, compaction and other processes that enter the plastic package. quality situation.
